Transactions

1. All purchase transactions with Worldchem International Ltd ("Worldchem") must be authorized through official Purchase Orders, signed agreements, or such other method as we may prescribe from time to time. In compliance with applicable regulations, Worldchem may require valid proof of identification, such as a supplier Receipts, Invoices, National Identity Number or Passport Number, prior to processing any order or transaction. These identification details may be recorded and stored as part of the transaction record.

2. Your customer account will be credited upon confirmation of payments made for purchases of packaging products, either via bank transfer, mobile money, or any other approved payment channel. All such funds are held by Worldchem in fulfilment of your order.

3. Orders cannot be processed or dispatched if your customer account does not have sufficient credit or if payment has not been confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that all applicable charges are covered in full before order fulfilment.

4. Worldchem will provide confirmation of all transactions and payments via email, SMS, or official receipts. Our internal system records will be treated as accurate unless proven otherwise with verifiable evidence.

5.6 All completed transactions will be confirmed via email, SMS, or other official communication, including an updated account balance and order status.

5.7 All confirmed purchase orders or payments will be considered valid and binding unless Worldchem receives written notice from you of any discrepancies or unauthorized activities.

5.8 Once products have been delivered or collected, Worldchem is unable to reverse or cancel the transaction. In the case of a dispute with third parties (e.g. delivery agents or resellers), you are responsible for resolving the matter directly without recourse to Worldchem.
